We were told that they needed to replace the whole cylinder on a commercial lock and was charged $400. Within 24 hours, the cylinder was doing the same thing and this time, they came back out and really did replace the cylinder, because it now looks new. I just feel misled, with being told and charged for a new cylinder, then do it the first time, instead billing for new and only really doing a repair of the existing cylinder.

I highly recommend these guys! They always arrive right on time and offer the best prices for any type of key. They can handle Ford, Chevy, and most other brands—even if you’ve lost all your keys (all-keys-lost situation). They’re based right here on the beach and are available all day long. Just give them a call and they’ll be there in 20 minutes to get you out of a tough spot.

They replaced an ignition cylinder on an older Honda Civic. We scheduled a time. The technician called exactly on time, arrived promptly, did the repair and charged as quoted. Price was a third of what the dealer asked. Pleased with the overall service on this call.

Make sure that you are relatively close to them because they either charge you by how far they drove or I was charged because they had to come out twice. I was at work and had put my phone down to do work. They called once, texted once then left. No second attempt to call me, the door at work was unlocked, we're in a public place he didn't even come inside. $165. Is it cold? Yes. Early morning yes. And I should have pushed for a quote before they got here. But be prepared to pay a bunch. Especially if you're not glued to your phone and get busy working.

Edited review 3 weeks later: the new key fob they made often does not work, does not unlock the vehicle and does not start the truck.
Original: Was locked out of my car, key fob would not work for Toyota Tacoma. He arrived super quick and was done in 15 minutes with a new key fob and physical key replacement. Best service ever!!

Lost the keys to my truck. It has a security type key. I am very happy I found this locksmith. They arrived on time and got to work on getting a key fitted. Nick is very skilled in his abilities. Between cutting and programming they a well equipped. Next time I need a locksmith this will be who I call.

This was the 3rd locksmith that came out in 2 days. The first 2 charged and left. This guy here knew his stuff and had me running again in less then an hour!! Outta money with the first 2 but I would pay this guy double anytime! Pop a lock thank yall and I will always refer to any one!! Thanks so much 😀
